Im sorry to say, but this is a "closed Alpha/Auditor-Test". So they won't be any Images, Videos or Datas yet. Im sure, their will be alot of Medias, as soon we hit a higher Stage of Testing. Just be a little more patient (or just sign the fork up for testing, Dude, hrhr) :-)

Ah fair enough, I've been in a couple of closed betas myself, and had to abide by the NDA. Though it was tough at times, it's for the best.

I would love to be a tester, I have the time and know how, but the wrong trilogy client...

Regardless, grats on the progress! It's great to see this progressing to this stage after so many years. This is a huge landmark and I wish I could share a picture of my big shit-eating grin on my face as I read this, ha. Thank you for your hard work! Can't wait to get in and find da bugs!

All I ask is that you do not let bastards like "TMO" - "The Mystical Order" Ruin/run the damned server... p1999 has corrupt GM's, Plat selling and dicks running around with impunity.. Loved the game... but all End game content on lockdown by 1 guild is just retarded.

Yeahlight and Harakiri have invested too much of their own personal time to do such a thoughtless thing.

On another note,
I'm really suspicious about the Alpha being full in general. I was there a couple months after launch and I don't remember a lot of the mechanical details. Thus I didn't sign up.

Yet at the same time I seem to know more about EQ than the average P99/EQclassic player. Something doesn't add up.

I know I have a working copy of Trilogy on my computer but my expertise with EQ is really only below level 20 for almost every race. Not sure I'd be much use in the beta.

also this excludes me as well:

The client software uses libraries and techniques that are ~15 years old, which conflict with a number of today's software solutions. If you do not have experience modifying startup programs (msconfig.exe) and services (services.msc) in Windows, please do not apply for testing at this time.

I had a lot of experience tanking as a warrior during the classic era. I remember how positioning effected the pushing of mobs around etc. I also played a rogue so I'm familiar with the mechanics from that angle as well.
